>As the oldest and most influential professional hardware exhibition in China, China International Hardware Expo has developed into the largest professional hardware exhibition in the world and has received widespread attention and praise from people in the hardware industry at home and abroad. The 29th China International Hardware Expo was successfully held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai Hongqiao) in October 2018. All indicators of the exhibition reached a record high, with an exhibition area of nearly 10,000 square meters. There were many domestic and foreign exhibitors and a total number of booths. The number of professional visitors exceeds the number of visitors, the professional branches are more complete, the exhibition categories continue to expand, and the activities during the conference are increasingly enriched, and the quality and cohesion of the exhibition are further improved.
>The 31st China International Hardware Expo to be held in the spring of next year will seek another breakthrough, opening the National Convention and Exhibition Center with an indoor and outdoor exhibition area of 10,000 square meters, more than 10 standard booths, and more than 10 companies expected to participate in the exhibition. Participation Methods
. Fill out the exhibition application and contract form and mail or fax it to the organizing unit
. Exhibitors should wire the exhibition fee [% (prepayment) or full amount] within days after applying for a booth Or hand it over to the organizing unit. The balance should be paid before the month and year. Booths that fail to pay in full on time will be deemed to be automatically canceled and the booth deposit will not be refunded
. Exhibitors who register after the month and year must pay in full. Pay the exhibition fee in full in one lump sum
. After the exhibitor remits various fees, please fax the bank remittance voucher and your company's corporate profile (printed version within 1 word, free publication in the exhibition journal) to the organizing unit
.The exhibitor can reserve the reserved booth only after paying % advance payment within the specified period
.After the organizing unit receives the exhibition application and the full booth fee, it will send the "Exhibition Manual" to the exhibitor ( Attached is the "Booth Confirmation Letter") to confirm the booth. The "Exhibitor Manual" contains "exhibition receipt" as well as important information such as booth construction, exhibit pick-up and transportation, live-in reception details and other important information. Exhibitors are requested to read it carefully to understand various exhibition matters.
